We have had this belief that having a “rocking hot bod” will give us happiness, a partner, that dream job. The world wants YOU not your body. When we start to nurture ourselves from the inside out rather than the outside in, the way we perceive our world to be, changes. Exercise is an extension of nurturing the soul. When we move our bodies in ways that make us feel STRONG, RESILIENT, BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL, we change the chemistry of our bodies and the way we think. When we move with the intention of FUELLING our bodies and expressing our DEEP INNER strength through the way we exercise, our bodies let go of what does not serve it.

We don’t focus on dropping kilos or “toning up” this just happens as a bi-product of moving WELL and having a deep respect for both your body and movement (this takes time)

I have coached hundreds of women who have been broken by yoyo dieting, fad training programs and the abundance of confusing information that circulates the internet and social media.
