This is by far the biggest LIGHTBULB moment that I have seen so many women experience. In order to change how we feel in our skin, we have to do exactly that… focus on how we feel! Our psychology and mindset IS the only key that we have not nailed when on our health and happiness journey.

The next exciting fad diet, juice cleanse, exercise program, bootcamp, bikini program, 4 week challenge... you name it... they ALL promise you basically the SAME thing right?
