HOW TO STOP THOSE -VE THOUGHTS

We all have negative thoughts 💭🥺
.
It’s what we choose to do with these thoughts that makes all the difference. It’s what we let those thoughts mean for us that shapes what happens next.
.
I don’t know about you guys... but when I allow my negative 👎🏻 thoughts take over... I get stuck in INACTION... nothing gets done. There is no such this as being productive in this space and it can be challenging to shift out of it. I can find myself behaving in ways that are child like. Needing reassurance, praise and validation.
.
So how do you stop 🛑 that train of -ve rule your mind and your actions?
.
Take notice of them and place them somewhere outside of you.... pen to paper 📝 is always best. Just allow the space for them to shift away from your head and onto a space that you can see them.
.
Then ask yourself... what are these thoughts teaching me? What are these thoughts trying to show me that I need right now?
.
Our negative thoughts can give us so much intel when it comes to what we really need and want.
.
Maybe it’s to be heard or seen. Maybe it’s connection, affection, understanding. Clarity?
.
Then ask yourself, how can I use this negative thought to inspire positive action... in other words... how can I allow myself to receive what I actually need?
.
If your negatives thoughts are full of worry for the unknown or the future... write them all down and then ask... can I do anything about this? Is this in my control? What can I do? Why am I worried about this?
.
Negative thoughts 💭 can either run wild like weeds or it can teach you great things and give you so many insights to help you move forward in the best way.
.
So now you choose... what are you going to do with your -ve thoughts from now on?
