Episode #12: Maybe What You Know Is Actually The Problem?

If you are currently working towards achieving something and it’s been a while, you are bumping up against roadblocks and haven't got there yet 

What is what you currently know about achieving this thing is thing is the problem - what if you what you don't know and need to know is the solution?

What we know is helpful until it's not and the thing that is going to help us on our journey is to check in on a few things 

  1. What do you believe to be true about achieving [insert goal here]

  2. What is your level of knowledge and understanding of the important aspects of this?

  3. Are you surrounded by people and a community that is aligned with what you need to reach that next level?

These questions allow us to connect what is at the roots of what is getting in our way of getting what we want and will give you awareness around what you need to do differently.

Ask yourself - 

  • What is it that I don’t know and understand fully?

  • What am I pretending not to know about what is required to get me where I need to be?

  • Do I know what I need to know?

  • Do I believe what I need to believe?
